Last Friday we had oven roasted chicken for dinner. P was the first to take a piece out of the pan and start cutting it up for M. As I observed him at the far end of the table, I inquired if the chicken appeared a little dry, to which he responded in the affirmative. I then took a piece and started cutting it up for C.
C took a couple bites of her chicken and then stated that she could eat no more as it was just too dry.
Saturday evening P and I were going out to eat with friends, so I made mac and cheese for the girls' dinner. After all, it's quick and easy, and requires no coercion to get them to eat it. Once again, C took a few bites of my succulent creation, and then spit it out. When I asked what was wrong, she told me that it was too dry!

Hi! Very cute pictures of your adorable girls. They must not be camera shy!
I wrote my first real estate transaction today. We are hoping to close in 2 1/2 weeks if all goes well. Tomorrow I'm showing a new client some properties. It's fun and stressful at the same time.
Cheers!
